There are a ton of downloads throughout this website and I tried to put their links in the text where they were being discussed. That's great for that moment, but if you ever wanted to go back and find that "special" link again, it was going to be a nightmare. It was for me and I originated the links!
So, here they are, all in one place, to the best of my memory. If you notice going through the text that a link isn't here, e-mail me and I'll correct that oversight right away.
The links are arranged alphabetically by their description. If "print **" appears in the size column below, a file needn't be downloaded. Just click on the link in the table, then click on "print" under the file heading of your browser.
If "Link" appears in the size column, the origin of the file is another website. I have deliberately minimized the number of links to other websites. It's been my experience that too often they disappear, frustrating to no end the person with the mouse in their hand. There are surely many disagreeable expressions in this universe, but one that tops my list is "error 404 -- file not found." And of course, that's always the link that appears most promising.
Naturally, please e-mail me if you discover a broken link. I'll think of something, even if it's the removal of the offending link.
